Steps to make coffee cream with Nutella
To prepare the coffee cream with Nutella, first make the coffee. If you like, you can use a moka pot, but in this case, I used my coffee machine and made a 70 ml cup. Chill the coffee in the refrigerator, as well as the bowl in which you will whip the cream. The bowl should be well chilled to ensure the cream whips better and becomes firmer. Once it is well chilled, begin to whip the cream. Start slowly, on a low setting. Once it thickens, add the sugared coffee, and finally, add the Nutella.
Now take a cup or small glass. I thought of creating a small decoration inside the glass using Nutella. First, I put a spoon of Nutella in a bowl and melted it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Then, using the electric milk frother, I made lines inside the glass with the softened Nutella as decoration. I then placed the coffee cream inside and finished by adding a little softened Nutella on top.
You can serve the small glasses immediately or put them in the fridge and serve them later. You can serve the glasses accompanied by some small cookies.
Storage and tips
