Steps to make cream cookies without butter

  • To prepare cream cookies without butter, first put the fresh liquid cream, corn oil, and egg in a bowl and mix well with a spoon or a wooden spoon. Now add the sugar and mix again. Weigh the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Add a bit of flour mixed with cornstarch and baking powder to the dough a little at a time, incorporating it gradually. You should obtain a dough that is neither too hard nor too soft.

  • Roll out the dough on a well-floured work surface with a rolling pin, otherwise, it will stick. Do not roll the dough too thin. Now take a cookie cutter, I had a round one, and cut out the shape of the cookie. For the center, I used one of the tips of the piping bag, as it is round and smaller in size. Place the prepared cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Meanwhile, as you prepare the cookies, preheat the static oven to 355°F. Continue creating cookies until you have used up all the dough.

  • Bake the cookies and cook them for about 15 minutes; they should be slightly golden. Remove the cookies from the oven, let them cool completely, and then serve. Delicious!
