The Nutella Halloween tart without butter is certainly a very good and tasty dessert, to make every now and then when that craving hits. It is perfect to eat for breakfast or as a snack with friends or family. To make the tart I used oil-based shortcrust pastry. My daughter really likes tarts, and this time I wanted to try the one with Nutella and I embellished it with themed Halloween shapes. The Nutella inside will remain very soft, making it even more delicious and sure to be loved by everyone. If you like recipes with Nutella, you can also try:

Steps to make the Nutella Halloween tart without butter
To prepare the Nutella Halloween tart without butter, first make the shortcrust pastry, either by hand or with the help of a stand mixer. I used the stand mixer with the paddle attachment. In the mixer bowl, add the two eggs, preferably at room temperature, the sugar, and start mixing on low. Then add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and corn oil. Once the mixture is combined, transfer it to a floured surface and knead it gently until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Now the shortcrust pastry is ready, and there’s no need to let it rest since it’s very soft. Cut two-thirds of the pastry; the rest will be used to make Halloween-shaped decorations to place on top of the tart. To roll out the pastry better, it’s recommended to place it on a sheet of parchment paper and dust it lightly with flour, otherwise, it will stick. Now, grease a cake pan well with oil and flour, place the pastry on top, remove the parchment paper, and if any pastry hangs over the edges, trim it with a knife. Take the Nutella and warm it either in a double boiler or in the microwave for about 20 seconds, so it becomes soft and easy to spread. Spread it well in the center and then use the leftover pastry to make shapes to place on top. I used bats, tombstones, and ghosts to complement the Halloween theme.
Now place the pastry with the Nutella in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the static oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and after the time has passed, bake the pastry for about 30 minutes. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top, which will allow the Nutella to remain soft inside and not too hard. Remove the parchment paper only in the last few minutes just to brown the tart. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
