Steps to make puff pastry breadsticks with speck and Philadelphia
To prepare the puff pastry breadsticks with speck and Philadelphia, first unroll a rectangular puff pastry sheet and place it on a cutting board. Take the Philadelphia and spread it on the right side of the pastry, then lay the sliced speck on top.
Now fold the plain half of the puff pastry over the filled half and close it like a book. Press lightly with your hands so that the edges stick well together and the filling doesn’t spill out. Turn the pastry lengthwise and, using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut strips of pastry. Take one strip at a time, twist it to form a breadstick, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with all prepared breadsticks.
If you like, you can brush the breadsticks with milk and sprinkle them with sesame seeds or prepare them plain as I did. Preheat the static oven to 356°F (180°C) and bake the breadsticks for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. They are now ready to be served! Delicious and tasty!

You can store the puff pastry breadsticks with speck and Philadelphia in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
You can choose your preferred cream cheese. If you like, you can also add a sprinkle of Parmesan to make them even more flavorful.
You can add sesame seeds on top if desired.
You can brush them with milk on the surface or leave them as is; they will bake well anyway.
