Steps to make thick hot chocolate Bimby
To prepare the thick hot chocolate Bimby, first put 2.5 cups of milk, preferably whole, 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 6 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, and finally 3 tablespoons of cornstarch into the bowl. Now close the lid and set 9 minutes at 194 degrees Fahrenheit, speed 4.
When the cooking is finished, transfer your hot chocolate into mugs and serve immediately! Nice and thick, you can finish it off with whipped cream spray and, if you like, a sprinkle of cinnamon powder!
Storage and tips
You can store the remaining hot chocolate in the refrigerator for 1 day.
Instead of granulated sugar, you can opt for brown sugar.
You can add a little more cornstarch if you want it even thicker.
