Steps to make the turkey bites with curry and turmeric

  • To prepare the turkey bites with curry and turmeric, first take the pieces of turkey breast; if they are too large, cut them into smaller pieces so they cook evenly. Chop half a yellow onion into small pieces. Meanwhile, coat the turkey pieces in all-purpose flour. Now take a large pan, add extra virgin olive oil and lightly sauté the onion, add the turkey pieces and brown them well for about 5 minutes. Pour the whole milk into a glass and add about 1 scant tbsp of curry and 1 scant tsp of turmeric, mix well and pour it over the meat. Season with salt, lower the heat and cook the meat for another 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • The meat should remain tender and nicely creamy. Your turkey bites are ready to be enjoyed!
