Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 9 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 9 tablespoons sugar
- 9 tablespoons milk
- 9 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 lemon (grated zest)
- 1 packet baking powder
- to taste powdered sugar (for dusting)
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Mixer

Steps
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, and beat with an electric mixer until they become light and frothy. Then, sift the flour and baking powder together and gradually incorporate the milk.
Pour in the oil in a thin stream while continuing to mix, until all the ingredients are well combined, and the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
Add the grated lemon zest, mix with a spatula, and pour the batter into a 8-inch springform pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 356°F for 40 minutes, adjusting for your oven’s characteristics.
Once the time is up, do the toothpick test, and if it comes out clean, remove the 9 spoon cake from the oven. Let it cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
