Today I’ll share a very simple recipe with you: chicken meatballs cooked in a pan.
My daughters had invited some friends over for dinner and asked me to cook something tasty; having some chicken breast in the fridge and also needing to cook something for my one-year-old son, I decided to use it to make meatballs. These chicken meatballs are practical because we can cook them a little in advance, but above all they are delicious and crunchy; not heavy, I assure you, because I cooked them with just a little oil.
Let’s head to the kitchen and prepare them together!!!

Steps for Chicken Meatballs
Making these meatballs is really simple.
First, put the ground chicken, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and breadcrumbs or bread crumbs in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well with a wooden spoon or a simple fork.
Form many small meatballs.
Place some breadcrumbs on a plate and coat all the meatballs well, so they will be tastier. Take a pan, add a little oil, and cook the meatballs for a few minutes; if you want, you can bake them in the oven or air fryer.
Once cooked, let them dry on absorbent paper for a few minutes.
Ready to be devoured!!!
The quantities are for about thirty meatballs, and you can eat them the next day.
If the meat is fresh, you can freeze them without adding salt. Place the meatballs on a tray with baking paper spaced apart, and the next day you can store them in a freezer bag and cook them as needed.
