- 1 egg yolk
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- orange zest
- 1 pinch salt
- 2/3 cup sugar

Steps for the Christmas Shortcrust Pastry without Butter
Making this shortcrust pastry is really simple. First, take a bowl and add the eggs, sugar, salt, and sunflower oil.
Mix with a fork. Add all the flour, the teaspoon of baking powder, and the orange zest.
Work the mixture first with a fork and then with your hands until you obtain a nice firm and non-sticky dough.

TART BAKING: at 340°F in a convection oven for 30/35 minutes.
COOKIE BAKING: 355°F in a convection oven for 15 minutes.
