Eggless Tiramisu is one of the quintessential desserts of Italian pastry where two strong flavors like coffee and bitter cocoa intertwine. Combined with mascarpone and pavesini or ladyfingers, they make this spoon dessert an elixir of taste and softness that is practically impossible to resist. Mine is the classic version, the most well-known, but there are many variations that use fruits like banana or strawberry for their filling. It is easy to prepare and takes little time, the economic expense is minimal, and therefore it is a dessert that you can present on any occasion or event even if you have little time available. The secret to making it top-notch is choosing quality ingredients and not soaking the cookies too much.
Let’s run to the kitchen and prepare this delight together!!!

Moisten the ladyfingers in the coffee and arrange them inside a baking dish. Transfer the mascarpone cream and cover all the ladyfingers. A good dusting of bitter cocoa and repeat the operation three times. Sprinkle the surface with bitter cocoa and place in the fridge for 4 hours. After this time, you can serve and enjoy your eggless tiramisu.
