Hot chocolate is a dessert loved by both young and old; homemade, it’s even better.
With the arrival of winter, each of us changes our daily habits by spending a lot of time at home; it often happens, especially when it rains or snows outside, to crave something warm and tasty to enjoy with the rest of the family. The ideal drink is hot chocolate, easy to make at home but most importantly very creamy and so delicious.
A creamy treat you will find in bars and various grocery stores, where, with the addition of milk, it is ready to be enjoyed.
To make hot chocolate, you’ll need a few ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. There are many versions of hot chocolate, but after various experiments, I managed to get one with the right consistency, just like the famous Ciobar!
You can use dark chocolate bars or cocoa powder as I did.
Let’s find out how to prepare a warm, warm dessert in just a few minutes!!!

Hot Chocolate Steps
Making chocolate is really so simple.
Take a small pot and add milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. With a whisk, mix the ingredients until you get a lump-free mixture. If using chopped dark chocolate, place the milk on the stove over low heat for a few minutes.
Cook the hot chocolate for 2 minutes over low heat, stirring continuously with the whisk. Gradually, you’ll notice the consistency you prefer; I love nice thick and creamy chocolate.
Your chocolate is ready. If you want, you can add a bit of whipped cream and a Christmas cookie.
