For Sunday lunch, I always make it a habit to prepare something special. With all my family at home and without the stress of kids in school, I had more time to cook. This time, I really had fun and made delicious lasagna bundles filled with ham, béchamel sauce, and mozzarella. A main course that, if there are any leftovers, can be easily enjoyed the next day.
Let’s head to the kitchen and prepare this delicious main course together!

How to Prepare Lasagna Bundles
First, prepare the tomato sauce: in a casserole, sauté the minced onion with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Pour in the tomato sauce and cook for at least 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add a fresh basil leaf and set aside.
On a cutting board, lay out the fresh lasagna sheets and cut them in half lengthwise.
Now, cross them to form a cross.
Fill the center with tomato sauce, ham, mozzarella cut into pieces or julienne, and finally the béchamel sauce which I prepared following my recipe.
Take an oven dish, spread two tablespoons of tomato sauce and place the lasagna bundles side by side.
Add tomato sauce, grated parmesan, and mozzarella on top.
Preheat the oven to 355°F in convection mode and bake the bundles for 25 minutes.
And here they are ready. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
