Lemon Mousse

Today I’m sharing the recipe for this delicious lemon mousse, quick and refreshing.

With the arrival of the great heat, we constantly need something fresh in the fridge to keep us hydrated and combat the heat. So I thought of making a delicious lemon mousse that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Ready to use, delicious and very fresh, you can also serve it on the table for some special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 oz powdered sugar
  • 2 lemons (to be filled)
  • 1 container yogurt (Lemon)

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Citrus Juicer
  • 1 Electric Whisk

Steps Lemon Mousse

First, wash the lemons and dry them well. Take a citrus juicer and squeeze the lemons, removing the seeds. In a bowl, add the lemon juice and powdered sugar, stir with a teaspoon. In another bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer, once ready, add the yogurt and lemon juice, mix well with a spatula, stirring from top to bottom without deflating it. Clean the lemon pulp with a knife. Put the mousse in a piping bag and fill the inside of the lemons. Decorate with lemon wedges, blueberries, and a mint leaf.

All you have to do is eat and enjoy this delicious mousse.

You can safely freeze this delicious mousse in an airtight container for a month. To enjoy, just keep it out of the freezer for five minutes.

If you prefer to prepare a lactose-free mousse, you can use vegetable cream and soy yogurt.
