Liquid Pizza without Leavening

Today, I leave you with a very quick and easy recipe to prepare: liquid pizza without leavening.

It is a no-knead preparation that takes only 5 real minutes.

What do you need to make it? A spoon, a bowl, a round or rectangular baking tray, and you’re good to go.

I topped this pizza with tomato sauce, oil, oregano, salt, mozzarella, and fresh basil, but you can easily substitute them with the ingredients you like best, depending on your tastes.

On the blog, you will find the recipe for the real long-fermentation pizza, a very simple recipe you will never leave.

  • Distribute the tomato sauce and a drizzle of oil.

Bake at 392°F (convection) for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into small pieces, I used the bagged kind.

Cover the tomato sauce with plenty of mozzarella and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Take out, add the basil, and serve hot, steaming, and super stringy.
