- 4 slices mortadella (round)
- 3.5 oz Russian salad
Steps for Mortadella Rolls
Lay the slices of mortadella on a work surface. Place a tablespoon of Russian salad in the center of each slice, roll it up and close with a chive thread. Arrange your rolls on a serving plate and keep in the refrigerator until serving time.

I bought small round slices of mortadella, if you buy large slices, just cut them in half.
