Pumpkin fritters are a side dish or main dish that you can present on the table for any occasion. They represent a tasty alternative to the classic recipes that usually see this fruit roasted or marinated raw. Some people love to make a cream or puree, others use it to dress pasta, and some create a soft panettone. In short, we are talking about a food that goes well with many other ingredients and allows you to express your creativity by making fantastic dishes. As far as I’m concerned, this time I decided to make very tasty fritters; moreover, the combination of the sweetness of the pumpkin and the crunchiness of the frying really amazed me. They were literally devoured by my daughters!!! What can I say? I highly recommend cooking them; you will surely agree with me.

Pumpkin Fritters Steps
Making these fritters is really simple.
First, remove the peel from the pumpkin, wash it well and dry it with a towel.
Take a bowl and grate the pumpkin with a coarse grater. Add eggs, salt, flour, chives, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Mix everything with a fork, you should get a thick and full-bodied batter.
Take a pan, add the oil and heat for a few seconds. When it is hot, use two spoons to shape the fritters to drop into the oil. Turn the fritters on both sides until golden. Drain your fritters on absorbent paper and continue like this for the entire batter.
The fritters are ready, serve them nice and warm!
