Today I present you this delicious strawberry cake, a very quick and very tasty dessert.
I love strawberries so much and, since they are already available in all supermarkets, I thought it would be a good idea to make a new dessert for my family.
The recipe is very easy and fast, you need three things to make it: a bowl, a whisk, and yogurt to measure all the ingredients.
Its aroma during baking filled my kitchen, promising a delicious cake, just as I wanted: very flavorful and soft to the bite. Perfect for a sweet snack in company, perhaps accompanied by a good coffee with whipped cream.
As you’ll see in the video, I made this cake while holding my little Goffredo. He was very attentive and watched me with wonder, with a few “little hands” thrown here and there, let’s say he also contributed to the creation… However, I must confess that I am really satisfied: I created a quick little dessert accessible to everyone.
Let’s prepare together!!!

Steps for Strawberry Cake
Preparing this cake is really simple.
Take a bowl, a whisk, and a cup of yogurt.
In the bowl, add the eggs, the cup of Strawberry Yogurt, and the sugar.
Add the vegetable oil and the flour.
Mix the batter with a hand whisk.
Add the sifted packet of baking powder.
Continue to mix everything well. You should achieve a creamy, lump-free batter.
Wash the strawberries thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
Add the strawberries to the batter and gently mix with a spatula.Pour the batter into a 9.5-inch cake pan. I used a silicone cake pan that doesn’t need to be buttered.
Bake at 340°F for 30 minutes. Always do the toothpick test before removing from the oven.
And there it is, soft, moist, and super fragrant.
