Today I’m sharing the recipe for these walnut treats that I prepared with my sweet mom. It was a moment full of memories and love. While we were mixing, the kitchen was filled with aromas and laughter, just like when I was a child. The walnuts, the stars of this recipe, give the treats a crunchy and genuine taste that’s perfect to accompany a cup of tea or hot chocolate.
These treats are also ideal as a homemade gift: just put them in a decorated transparent bag or a cookie box, and they become a sweet thought to give.
The recipe is very simple and doesn’t require hard-to-find ingredients. Just a little patience and a lot of desire to make something good.

Let’s rush to the kitchen and prepare these delicious treats together!!!

  • 1 Fork
  • 2 Molds
  • 2 Teaspoons

Steps to prepare these walnut treats

  • In a bowl, place the softened butter, Philadelphia, and all the flour.

  • Work everything with a fork and then with your hands; you need to get a compact and non-sticky dough. Set the dough aside and prepare the filling.

  • In another bowl, add the sugar and the egg.

    Walnut Treats
  • Mix with a fork for a few seconds, add the vanillin and chopped walnuts. Mix everything well and combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

  • Now we just need to prepare our walnut cookies. As you can see from the photo, I used 24 molds, which you can purchase on Amazon in the tools section; I’ll leave you the link.

There’s no need to butter them, and you can directly take a piece of dough and create the base. Once you’ve filled all the molds, you can fill them with a teaspoon of walnut filling.

  • Bake your treats in a convection oven at 340°F for 25 minutes, until they are golden brown on the surface. Once baked, let them cool for about ten minutes so as not to risk breaking them.

  • Good, crunchy, and crumbly!

    Till the next recipe.
