Ingredients
- 2 Red and Yellow Peppers
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- A few leaves fresh mint

Steps
1. Wash the peppers and place them in the air fryer basket
2. Start the air fryer setting it for 20 minutes at 392°F.
3. Halfway through cooking, turn them over to the other side and finish cooking
4. Once the time is up, let them cool down for a few minutes.
5. Then peel the peppers, remove the seeds, cut them into strips, and place them in a bowl
6. Dress them with oil, salt, and a few fresh mint leaves. Our air fryer peppers are ready!!
Air fryer roasted peppers can be stored safely in the fridge in an airtight container for 2/3 days
