Air Fryer Roasted Peppers

With the arrival of summer, you no longer feel like turning on the oven, but the craving for roasted peppers can’t wait! So, today a new cooking method for peppers in an air fryer, cooked and eaten 😋

Ingredients

  • 2 Red and Yellow Peppers
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • A few leaves fresh mint

Tools

  • 1 Air Fryer

Steps

1. Wash the peppers and place them in the air fryer basket

2. Start the air fryer setting it for 20 minutes at 392°F.

3. Halfway through cooking, turn them over to the other side and finish cooking

4. Once the time is up, let them cool down for a few minutes.

5. Then peel the peppers, remove the seeds, cut them into strips, and place them in a bowl

6. Dress them with oil, salt, and a few fresh mint leaves. Our air fryer peppers are ready!!

Air fryer roasted peppers can be stored safely in the fridge in an airtight container for 2/3 days
