  • Difficulty: Very easy
  • Cost: Economical
  • Preparation time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
  • Portions: 13 pieces
  • Cooking methods: Electric oven
  • Cuisine: American
  • Seasonality: All seasons

Ingredients

  • 9 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs (50 g each)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup salted peanuts or other nuts

Tools

  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Parchment paper

Steps

1. First, melt the butter until it almost boils, filter it, and let it cool.

2. When the butter is cool, add the two sugars and beat until it becomes nice and fluffy.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, then the flour, baking soda, chocolate chips, and salted peanuts.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

5. After an hour, take out a ball of the desired size. If you want them big like classic Crumbl Cookies, make them 100 g, I preferred to make them a bit smaller. Form a sphere and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are well spaced apart.

6. Preheat the oven and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.

7. Once baked, let them cool and then enjoy our Crumbl Cookies!!

We can store our Crumbl Cookies in a tightly closed container for a few days, if there’s any left.
