  • Difficulty: Very easy
  • Cost: Economic
  • Preparation time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
  • Portions: 13 Pieces
  • Cooking methods: Electric oven
  • Cuisine: American
  • Seasonality: All seasons

Ingredients

  • 9 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs of 50 g each
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup salted peanuts or other nuts

Tools

  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Parchment paper

Steps

1. First, melt the butter just to the point of boiling, strain, and let it cool.

2. When the butter is cool, add the two sugars and mix with the beater until it looks nice and creamy.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, the flour, the baking soda, the chocolate chips, and the salted peanuts.

4. Cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the fridge for one hour.

5. After the hour, take a ball of the desired size; if you want them as big as the classic Crumbl Cookies, make them 100 g each. I preferred to make them a little smaller. Form a sphere and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, make sure they are well spaced apart.

6. Preheat the oven and bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes.

7. Once baked, let them cool, and then yum, our Crumbl Cookies are ready!!

We can store our Crumbl Cookies in a well-sealed container for a few days, if any remain.
