Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1 pinch salt
- 9 oz cow's milk ricotta
- 9 oz lean ground beef
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
1. In a bowl, place the eggs, salt, and cheese, and with the help of a whisk, mix them by beating them a little
2. Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking tray and pour the eggs on it, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a pan, place a drizzle of oil and the ground beef and cook; when it is cooked and the water from the ground beef has evaporated, add the ricotta, salt, and pepper.
4. When the egg sheet is cooked, let it cool and then divide it into 4.
5. In a 12×12 inch baking dish, place a drizzle of oil at the bottom and the first sheet, pour the ricotta and ground beef filling, add the second sheet, the filling, and the third sheet, again the filling, and finish with the last sheet and a drizzle of oil.
6. Bake at 356°F for about 10/15 minutes just enough time to compact everything, then let cool and serve. I can assure you that everyone will love it!!
