Ingredients
- 2 Red and yellow bell peppers
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- A few leaves fresh mint

Steps
1. Wash the peppers and place them in the air fryer basket
2. Start the air fryer setting it to 20 minutes at 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Halfway through cooking, turn them over to the other side and finish cooking
4. Once the time is up, let them cool for a few minutes.
5. Then peel the peppers, remove the seeds, cut them into strips, and place them in a container
6. Season with oil, salt, and a few fresh mint leaves. Our air fryer peppers are ready!!
The air fryer roasted peppers can be safely stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2/3 days
