Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs fava beans (fresh)
- 2 eggs (medium)
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 1.6 cups rice flour
- 2/3 cup light beer
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1.25 cups peanut oil (for frying)

Steps
The first thing to do is remove the fava beans from the pods.
Set aside the fava beans, which are also excellent eaten raw. Wash the pods under running water and remove the lateral strings.
Boil the pods in salted boiling water for 7 minutes
Drain the pods well and set aside.
At this point, prepare the batter. In a bowl, add the eggs.
the salt,

and the rice flour.
The beer
Mix everything with a whisk.
Add the cheese
and the extra virgin olive oil.
Dip the pods in the batter and
fry in peanut oil
When they become golden and crispy, place them on absorbent paper
