Today I want to share with you a recipe that I’m sure you will make often: the CAKE WITH APPLES, CHOCOLATE, AND MASCARPONE. With this dessert, I assure you that you will never go wrong, whether it’s a festive day, a simple Sunday, or any breakfast, it will remain for me the perfect dessert for all moments of the day. It is nothing but a very soft and delicious upside-down apple cake with the addition of mascarpone and without butter. Naturally, I chose apples as the fruit, but you can choose any fruit you desire, the result will not change at all.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 knob butter
- 3 Golden apples
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- as needed lemon (a few drops)
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Steps
Melt the sugar and butter in a pan.
When the sugar is completely melted and turns a darker color
pour the thinly sliced apples into wedges
Add the ground cinnamon and let the apples soften
Place the apples on the base of the pan lined with parchment paper
In a bowl with the electric whisk, beat the sugar and eggs
Beat until the mixture doubles
Add the mascarpone and continue whisking
Gradually add the sunflower oil.
Continue whisking, add the all-purpose flour and potato starch previously sifted.
Add the baking powder
And the chocolate chips previously tossed in flour
Pour into the pan along with the apples
Bake in a static oven at 350°F for 40 minutes
Let it cool slightly
Invert the pan and serve our cake with apples, chocolate, and mascarpone.
