Today, Cocoa and Apple Brownies without Butter super delicious. It’s known that apple desserts are always the best, but I assure you that the almost moist texture of these brownies surpasses them all, I make them very often. With the same dough, I made cocoa apple cakes cooked in the apple which I must say were a hit. I made the Brownies for a very dear friend who particularly loves apple cakes, preferably soft and slightly spongy. These were indeed ideal. Naturally, if you don’t like cocoa desserts and prefer white ones, replace the cocoa with the same amount of flour and make a simple apple cake without butter. If you prefer butter in cakes, replace the sunflower seed oil with 60 g (2 oz) of butter.
