Well, friends, put these two ingredients together with a bit of cheese and fry them, and I assure you that you will make them often. Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes (boiled)
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 1.41 oz goat cacioricotta (grated)
  • 1 tbsp green olives (chopped)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon (grated zest)
  • 3.53 oz breadcrumbs
  • 1.76 oz all-purpose flour (for breading)

  • 1 1/4 cups peanut oil

Steps

  • Chop the chicken

  • Mash the boiled potatoes

  • Add the boiled potatoes to the chicken

  • the salt

  • and the grated cacioricotta.

  • Add the sliced olives

  • and start mixing everything

  • Add the grated lemon zest

  • the breadcrumbs

  • and start shaping into burgers
