Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs (medium)
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 teaspoon orange (orange paste)
  • 1 pinch vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seed oil
  • 7/16 cup milk

  • 1 Electric whisk
  • 1 Bundt pan

Steps

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs

  • with the sugar

  • Work with the electric whisk until the mixture triples.

  • Gradually add sunflower seed oil

  • the milk

  • the lemon juice

  • The orange paste. (you can find the recipe among the ingredients, but you can replace the paste with grated orange zest)

  • the vanilla extract

  • The sifted flour and baking powder.

  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 347°F for 40 mn

  • let cool and add powdered sugar.
