Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 chili pepper
  • leaves basil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tbsp Grana Padano PDO (grated)
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 5 walnuts

Tools

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Baking tray

Steps

  • Cut the zucchini into sticks

  • In a bowl, finely chop the garlic

  • Add a bit of chili pepper

  • Add the olive oil

  • Add the zucchini

  • and massage them well with your hands to ensure they are well coated with the seasoning.

  • Add a few basil leaves.

  • Now prepare the breading by putting breadcrumbs in a bowl

  • the Grana

  • oil, salt

  • and the crumbled walnuts.

  • On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and some breading.

  • Arrange the zucchini well

  • Add a few tomatoes.

  • Pour all the breading on top and another drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

  • Bake in a preheated convection oven at 356°F for 25 minutes and enjoy our gratinated zucchini with walnuts.
