Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 chili pepper
- leaves basil
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- to taste salt
- 2 tbsp Grana Padano PDO (grated)
- 5 tomatoes
- 5 walnuts

Steps
Cut the zucchini into sticks
In a bowl, finely chop the garlic
Add a bit of chili pepper
Add the olive oil
Add the zucchini
and massage them well with your hands to ensure they are well coated with the seasoning.
Add a few basil leaves.
Now prepare the breading by putting breadcrumbs in a bowl

and the crumbled walnuts.
On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and some breading.
Arrange the zucchini well
Add a few tomatoes.
Pour all the breading on top and another drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
