Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz pork sausage, fresh, cooked, in a pan
  • 14.1 oz champignon mushrooms
  • 14.1 oz fresh pasta (fricelli)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5.3 oz tomato sauce
  • to taste basil

  • 1 Pan

Steps

  • First, remove the casing from the fresh sausage

  • cut it into pieces

  • Slice the champignons thinly

  • Cook the chopped onion and garlic with olive oil.

  • Add salt, cook for 5 minutes and

  • Set aside in a bowl.

  • In the same pan, cook the sausage

  • Add the tomato sauce

  • and cook for about 10 minutes.

  • At this point, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water

  • ” minutes before the end of the pasta cooking time, drain it and pour it into the sauce. Continue cooking

  • Add the Parmesan
