- 1.1 lbs gnocchi (of tomato)
- 10.5 oz peppers
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 glass water
- 2 tbsps tomato sauce
- to taste salt
- to taste basil
- 3.5 oz stracciatella

Steps
Thinly slice the peppers
until they are all finished
In a pan, heat extra virgin olive oil and garlic
Add the peppers
Add a bit of water
and the tomato sauce
Add salt
and basil
Pour into a jug, leaving aside a few peppers.
Add the stracciatella and
blend into a cream.
Boil the red tomato gnocchi
and add them to the pan with the pepper sauce
When the sauce thickens, pour into the plate
garnish with the peppers we set aside
Add a bit of sauce
