Today, a vintage recipe that is always suitable during the holidays, the delicious Russian Salad/Family Recipe. It is known that on all tables during this period we find it and the tray inevitably empties. Personally, I show you the recipe that my grandmother always made. Russian salad is a beloved dish all over the world, with numerous regional variants. The original recipe by Lucien Olivier has been lost over time, but the essence of the dish remains: a mix of vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, meat (often replaced by tuna, as my grandmother did, or mortadella) and a tasty mayonnaise. So, let it be Russian salad for this Christmas lunch too.
