Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs broccoli
- 14 oz sausage (mixed)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1.1 lbs bread (I use Laterza bread)
- to taste salt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps
The first thing to do is to thoroughly wash the broccoli and boil them in plenty of salted water.
Cut the bread to make it a container and remove the crumb inside.
Cut the sausage into pieces
In a pan, sauté the olive oil with a clove of garlic
add the sausage
After a few minutes, add the white wine
Let the wine evaporate well and add the previously boiled broccoli
Cook for another 10 minutes and pour the sausage and broccoli into the bread. Serve hot.
