TIPS
The first tip I give you is to prepare the dressing in advance and not when the pasta is already ready, otherwise the spaghetti or any other pasta shape would stick. To avoid this, as soon as you drain the pasta, pour the extra virgin olive oil.
Another way to prevent the pasta from sticking is to drain it and run it under cold water, which I prefer not to do as this technique compromises the taste of the pasta, so I recommend the first solution.
