Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg (whole)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp orange (orange paste or, if you don't have it, grated orange peel)
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tsp baking powder

Steps
In a stand mixer or, if you prefer, a bowl by hand, mix all the ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, cold butter, a tablespoon of orange paste or, if you don’t have it, grated orange peel, and baking powder.
Mix for a very short time with the stand mixer. When the dough is well combined
remove the dough from the mixer and quickly work it on the work surface
Cover the dough and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Take a piece of dough and knead it with your hands to soften it
Shape our cookie
Coat one side in sugar
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 347°F for 15 minutes. Our dunkable big cookies are ready for our breakfast
