BAKED GRATINATED PERCH making fish has never been so easy

Baked gratinated perch, delicious and tasty. How good fish is! At my house, it’s never missing at least 2-3 times a week. Many believe that cooking fish is difficult, but with my recipes, I want to debunk this idea and tell you how simple it is to bring a second fish course to your family. What I prepared today is a perch fish fillet simply gratinated in the oven or air fryer. Perch is a freshwater fish sold in fillets, with lean, light, and very digestible meat. It lends itself to many recipes, just like the gratinated perch I’ve prepared today. I simply coated pieces of perch fillets with a simple breadcrumb coating and then cooked in the oven or in an air fryer. Prepared this way, it will convince everyone to eat it, even the little ones at home or those who don’t love fish too much. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and above all, without bones or spines that often make us exclude fish from our daily diet. What do you say, have I convinced you to try this recipe? Then let’s run to the kitchen and together prepare a delicious Crispy baked Perch

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • to taste salt

How to Prepare Gratinated Perch

  • Wash the perch fillets. Let them drain on paper towels. Cut them into pieces more or less the same size for even cooking. Transfer them to a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

  • Mix with 2 tablespoons to coat the fish fillets evenly. Prepare the breading: mix the breadcrumbs with a chopped garlic clove in a bowl. Add chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.

Loredana’s Tips

If you prefer, you can substitute parsley with other aromatic herbs, even mixed.

If there is leftover fish, store it in a container in the fridge. You just need to heat it for a few minutes in a hot oven or microwave.

If you don’t like the taste of garlic, you can simply omit it from the preparation.
