If you prefer, you can replace the speck with sliced or cubed cooked ham

For a special taste, you can replace the white scamorza with smoked scamorza cheese

If you don’t want to cook the zucchini in a pan, you can simply grill them

If there is leftover baked pasta, store it in the fridge in a container for two days, or you can also freeze it
