Ingredients for Baked Salmon Steaks
- 2 steaks salmon (about 1.1 lbs)
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 sprig parsley
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
How to Prepare Baked Salmon with Cherry Tomatoes
Wash the salmon steaks and remove the scales if there are any. Remove any small bones with the help of tweezers. Place the salmon in a greased baking dish.
Add thinly sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the salmon slices. Add a little salt, oregano, and finally a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Cook the Salmon in the preheated oven at 375°F for 16-18 minutes. Garnish the salmon with chopped parsley.
