Ingredients for the Sweet Christmas Wreath

  • 24 cream puffs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 24 candied cherries
  • A few sprigs rosemary (for decoration)

How to Prepare the Christmas Cream Puff Wreath

  • To prepare this Christmas Recipe, you can use ready-made cream puffs or make them following my recipe for cream puffs. Whip the fresh cream with the addition of powdered sugar. Cut the cream puffs in half and fill them with cream; you can do this with a piping bag or simply with a teaspoon, then close them up.

  • Prepare the water glaze: pour the powdered sugar into a small bowl, add the water a little at a time, and mix to form a smooth and thick white glaze. Decorate each filled cream puff with the glaze.

  • Arrange the Cream Puffs on a serving plate to form two overlapping circles and decorate with the candied cherries and rosemary sprigs. Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar. Store the dessert in the fridge
