CREAMY AND DELICIOUS CHEESE PENNE

Creamy and delicious cheese penne. After the holidays, we return to simpler and faster recipes that can be prepared in just a few minutes. Just like the recipe I want to share with you today: Ultra creamy and exquisite Cheese Pasta. I chose simple penne rigate for the pasta shape, but any other shape you prefer will work just fine. You can also experiment with cheeses you like or simply use the ones you have in your fridge. It’s best to always choose at least one creamy cheese and another one more aromatic and flavorful. A very simple first course to prepare, and I’m sure it will delight everyone at the table, just like it did with my little family. Let’s head to the kitchen and prepare the Four Cheese Penne together.

Loredana’s Tips

If you prefer, you can replace gorgonzola with mascarpone with classic gorgonzola and the emmental with asiago, brie, caciotta, or smoked scamorza

You can also substitute the heavy cream with milk or cooking cream

Try pouring the dressed pasta into a baking dish and simply gratin it in the oven at 392°F for 7-8 minutes, and it will be love at first bite
