Ingredients for Chicken Cutlets
- 0.88 lbs chicken breast (in slices)
- 1.41 oz flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 1.76 oz breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan
- extra virgin olive oil
What you need

How to prepare air fryer chicken cutlets
For this recipe, you need thin chicken breast slices. If necessary, flatten them further with a meat tenderizer. Prepare a smooth and dense batter with water and flour.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the grated parmesan on a plate. Dip the chicken breast slices first in the batter on all sides and then in the breadcrumbs. Arrange the cutlets in an oiled pan.
Spray with oil and cook them in the air fryer at 356°F for 15-16 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with a pinch of salt or lemon juice
For oven baking: at 374°F static for 15 minutes
