Ingredients for Air Fryer Potatoes
- 1.32 lbs potatoes
- 1.4 oz breadcrumbs
- 1.4 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig parsley
- to taste salt
How to prepare Crispy Oven-Baked Potatoes
Peel the potatoes. Wash and cut them into cubes of about the same size to ensure even cooking. Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and let them cool. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and toss with 3 tablespoons of oil. Use 2 spoons to mix and coat all sides with the oil.
In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Add a pinch of salt. Pour the breading over the potatoes and mix to coat them on all sides.
Transfer the potatoes to a greased baking dish or tray. Try not to overlap them too much. Lightly oil the top. Bake the Crispy Potatoes in a preheated oven at 392°F in static mode for 18-20 minutes.
If you prefer, you can cook them in an air fryer at 392°F for 16-18 minutes.

Loredana’s Tips
If you have leftover potatoes, store them in a container. Just reheat them for a few minutes in the oven or microwave to make them crispy again, like freshly baked.
If you prefer, you can substitute the parsley with mixed chopped aromatic herbs.
