Ingredients for Pasta with Peppers
- 11.29 oz farfalle
- 2 peppers
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cooking cream
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- to taste salt
- 1 pinch pepper

How to Prepare Farfalle with Pepper Cream
Wash the peppers, dry them, oil them and roast them in the oven, in an air fryer or on a griddle. Let them get well charred on all sides. Transfer them to a paper bag and let them cool, this way they will peel more easily. Peel the peppers and cut them into strips, removing the internal seeds.
Transfer the peppers to a blender or to the glass of an immersion blender. Add a pinch of salt and the cherry tomatoes cut into small pieces. Blend to obtain a delicious pepper cream.
Cook the farfalle in abundant salted water. Drain them al dente, keeping aside a little of the cooking water. Transfer the farfalle to a bowl. Dress them with the pepper cream, the cooking cream, grated parmesan, and a pinch of pepper. Mix, adding a few tablespoons of cooking water, and serve your very creamy Farfalle gone crazy

You can prepare the pepper cream in advance and store it in a container in the fridge for 1-2 days or you can also freeze it
