Ingredients for the Cold Ham Rolls

  • 6 slices ham
  • 7 oz robiola
  • 1.4 oz grated Parmesan
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tbsps pistachio crumbs

How to prepare the Ham Rolls

  • Mix the robiola with a pinch of pepper and grated Parmesan in a bowl. Lay the ham slices on the work surface and cut each slice in half.

  • Place a strip of cheese on one side of the ham slice. You can do this with a teaspoon or with a piping bag with a wide nozzle.

  • Roll the ham around the filling to form a roll. Pour the pistachio crumbs into a small bowl. Dip the two ends of each roll into the pistachio crumbs, making them stick. Prepare them all the same way
