LEMON SALMON a special fish main course

Lemon Salmon the simple and perfect recipe. For a fish main course, today I want to tell you how I prepared oven-baked salmon steaks with a simple and delicious recipe. I scented the salmon with lemon and it turned out delicious. A delightful aroma filled my house and the salmon was tender enough to be cut with a breadstick, as a famous advertisement from years ago used to say. Only salmon steaks and a few other ingredients because when I cook fish, I like not to cover its flavor with too many ingredients, but just a few to enhance its taste. Ingredients for Oven-Baked Salmon

  • 2 steaks salmon (of 200 grams each)
  • 1 lemon (untreated)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp aromatic herbs
  • to taste pink peppercorns
  • to taste salt

The Oven-Baked Salmon Recipe

  • First, remove the bones from the salmon slices using tweezers. Rinse them and remove any scales if necessary. Let them drain. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice. Keep 2 slices of lemon.

  • Place the salmon steaks in an oiled pan or baking dish. Drizzle them with lemon juice. Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and place a slice of lemon on each steak.

  • Sprinkle with chopped aromatic herbs and a pinch of pepper. Add some pink peppercorns for decoration. Cook the Lemon Salmon in the preheated oven at 375°F for 18-20 minutes.

You can prepare the salmon in advance and transfer the dish covered with plastic wrap to the fridge. This way, it will marinate and taste even better. You will just need to cook it
