Ingredients for Nutella-filled Muffins
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 container plain natural yogurt (125 grams)
- 0.25 cup vegetable oil
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1/2 packet baking powder (8 grams)
- 200 g Nutella®
- as needed powdered sugar (for decoration)
What you need to make Muffins
- Mixer
- Muffin Cups
How to make soft Nutella muffins
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl using an electric mixer for 4-5 minutes until you have a light and fluffy mixture.
Add a container of plain yogurt and the vegetable oil. Mix.
Finish the preparation by adding the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Place silicone muffin cups on a baking tray and fill them 2/3 full with the batter. I got 11, but it depends on the size of the cups you use. If you prefer, you can use the classic paper cups placed on the appropriate tray with holes.
Once they are all filled, let a teaspoon of Nutella slide into the center. Bake the Nutella Muffins in the hot oven at 340°F in static mode for 22-24 minutes.
Always do the toothpick test to check the internal cooking. Let them cool and dust them with powdered sugar if you like.
See you tomorrow with a new recipe, a hug, Loredana
