Pandoro tiramisu without eggs delicious and yummy. The recipe I want to share with you today is a version of the dessert we all love, the Tiramisu. Surely at home, you always have some slices of pandoro left after the Christmas holidays, and I find these leftovers perfect for making many desserts. I made a simple and delicious single-serving Tiramisu by replacing the more classic ladyfingers with slices of pandoro. With these quantities, I made 4 glass Tiramisus, but if you prefer, you can also make a single one using a baking dish. For the mascarpone cream, I didn’t want to use eggs but simply whipped cream, perfect for a softer but equally special cream. I also recommend reading the recipe for my Cold coffee cakes. And if instead of pandoro you want to use slices of panettone, this dessert will be equally special. So let’s run into the kitchen and prepare the Pandoro Tiramisu together

Ingredients for eggless Tiramisu with pandoro
- 12.3 oz pandoro
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 7/8 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1.7 oz coffee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
How to prepare the pandoro Tiramisu
Cut slices of pandoro using a glass or a pastry ring the size of the glasses or cups you are using. Place a slice of pandoro at the bottom of each glass. Whip the heavy cream with the addition of powdered sugar.
Gently mix the mascarpone with the whipped cream. Pour the coffee and milk into a bowl. Moisten the pandoro base placed in the glasses with 2-3 tablespoons of coffee-milk. Distribute half of the mascarpone cream on top.
Add another slice of pandoro on top of the cream and moisten it with milk and coffee. Distribute the remaining mascarpone cream on top and sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa. I recommend preparing the Tiramisu glasses in advance and keeping them in the fridge for at least an hour.
See you tomorrow with a new recipe, hugs, Loredana
