Ingredients for Pasta with Cauliflower
- 11.3 oz pasta (your preferred shape)
- 1.76 lbs cauliflower
- 14.1 oz sausage
- 2.7 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 hot peppers
- to taste salt
How to prepare Pasta with cauliflower and sausage
Clean the cauliflower by removing the outer leaves and the hard stalk. Divide it into small florets. Wash the cauliflower under running water and let it drain. Heat plenty of salted water. First, drop the cauliflower into the salted water, and after 5-6 minutes, add the pasta, the shape you prefer.
While the pasta with cauliflower is cooking, prepare the sauce. Remove the casing from the sausage and divide it into small pieces. Pour the oil, 2 cloves of garlic, whole or in small pieces, the chopped hot peppers, and the sausage into a large pan. Let it fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring often with a wooden spoon.
Drain the pasta and cauliflower and drop them into the pan with the sauce. Mix well and let it flavor over medium heat for 2 minutes.
