Ingredients for Peach Ice Cream

  • 21 oz peaches
  • 0.85 cup condensed milk
  • 7 oz yogurt (plain or peach-flavored)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 sprig mint (for decoration)

What You Need

  • Mixer

How to Prepare Peach Ice Cream

  • Peel the peaches, clean them, and cut them into cubes. Place them on a tray and freeze them for about 2 hours. Take the frozen peaches and puree them while still frozen in a mixer.

  • Add yogurt, honey, and condensed milk to the peaches. Mix and transfer to a container. Place the container with the Ice Cream in the freezer.

  • After about 30 minutes, stir the ice cream and repeat this step 4 times. Before enjoying the Ice Cream, let it soften at room temperature for 10 minutes. I added some fresh mint leaves for a special aroma.
