Ingredients for Watermelon Ice Cream
- 4 cups watermelon
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
How to Prepare Clever Watermelon Ice Cream
Clean the watermelon by removing the rind and seeds. Cut it into pieces and place it in a container in the freezer for at least 2 hours. When the watermelon is frozen, whip the heavy cream.
Mix the sweetened condensed milk with plain yogurt and honey in a bowl. Blend the frozen watermelon in a mixer and add it to the mixture. Also, add the whipped cream and chocolate chips and mix well with a spatula.
Transfer the mixture into a container and then into the freezer. After about an hour, take the container and mix the ice cream with a spatula. Repeat this operation 2 more times. Before serving the Watermelon Ice Cream, let it soften for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
