Ingredients for the Rustic Zucchini Pie
- 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
- 1.1 lbs zucchini
- 1 egg
- 3.5 oz speck
- 7 oz scamorza cheese
- 1.75 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste salt
- 1 pinch pepper
What You Need to Prepare the Zucchini and Speck Savory Pie

- Baking Tray
How to Prepare the Rustic Zucchini Pie
Wash the zucchini. Trim one end and, using a grater with large holes, shred them into thin strips. If you prepare them this way, there will be no need to cook them first.
Place the grated zucchini in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, speck, and diced scamorza.
Mix well. Line a 13 x 10-inch rectangular baking pan with parchment paper and then with a roll of rectangular puff pastry.
Pour the filling over the puff pastry base and spread it out evenly over the entire surface. Fold the puff pastry around the edges.
Cook the Puff Pastry Zucchini Pie in the preheated oven at 374°F in static mode for 25-30 minutes.
